FACILITIES

  • Newly built
  • Ready for use from October 2014
  • 3 terminals in total: Terminal 1, 2 & 3. TAP1 comprises Terminal 1 & 2
  • Functions as a venue 6 months a year: October to April. Summer events can be arranged upon request
  • Each terminal is approved for 2300 persons
  • Each terminal contains;
    – Two buildings of approximately 1200 square meters each
    – Toilet facilities – 19 toilets, 2 urinals (3 toilets for disabled)
    – Kitchen facilities
  • In total: 4 buildings – approximately 7000 square meters
  • Excellent parking and infrastructure

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to ensure an overall high quality experience at all our events, the Terminals reserves the right to deliver some standard services which are listed below. The services are mandatory and will always be included in budgets when running events in the Terminals:

CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND HEATING

Meters will be read on arrival and again after venue is completely vacated. Charges will be calculated according to set rates stated in the price list.

CLEANING

A venue janitor will maintain visitors toilets and carry out light cleaning duties in the venue during the event. Mandatory cleaning after event and a charge per guest covering toiletries is also part of cleaning costs.

RENOVATION

Refuse disposal. Charges to be agreed upon once final requirements are established.

STAFFING

A duty supervisor is required to be present for the entire period that access is required to the venue. A venue fire officer is required to be present during the period of the actual event. 

RIGGING AND ELECTRICAL WORK

Rigging and electrical work to be handled by The Terminals staff. Charges will be calculated according to the relevant price list.

SECURITY

If the event requires any kind of a security solution, the Terminals reserves the right to deliver this.
