The Terminals are the new and ambitious urban project of Copenhagen: a venue rich with extraordinary views, calming water, and vibrant possibilities. All by itself, yet at the center of everything.
The Terminals were officially opened May 2nd 2014. The buildings are designed with a desire to create a visible signaling effect for Copenhagen; the future Nordhavn is a green and sustainable urban space, and this is reflected in the light natural materials, cubic glass panels, and grass roofs that form The Terminals. The buildings’ central location on the brand new quay will function as a showcase for Danish design heritage and tradition, and visitors are greeted welcome to our capital with a clear signal of sustainability and green thinking.
The location emphasizes the unique character of the new buildings. Only five meters from the dock, and with an impressive view of the Copenhagen skyline, the newly constructed terminals offer an exclusive set up, capable of accommodating everything from conferences, meetings and fairs, to concerts and dinners. TAP1 comprises Terminal 1 & 2 of each 3500 square meters, and each terminal is approved for as many as 2300 guests.
The acoustics of the newly constructed facilities allows the possibility of holding everything from intimate concerts to larger events, and with the possibility for complete solutions, and a strong cooperation on for instance technical production and catering, The Terminals will be the obvious choice for anyone, who wishes to add something extra to their specific event.
